Madame Tinkertoy's?

Those of you Easy Rider buffs will recall that outside the jail George (Jack Nicholson) gives  Captain America a card for Madame Tinkertoy's which he says was given him by a former Governor as being the best class establishment in New Orleans. It is said to be at the junction of Bourbon and Toulouse.
Bourbon Street is a melange of Blackpool's Golden Mile and 1960's Soho but with Mayfair prices. It has it's upside, where else on the planet can you drink cold beer and listen to a really good 60s cover band at 2.30 on a Wednesday afternoon? But in the evening when you walk down the by then pedestrianised road with competing live bands blaring from every bar doorway and most people carrying "go" cups of alcohol and all the "fuck" T-shirts displayed in the doorways of the half price sale souvenir shops it is unbelievably tacky, and we are jet-advanced and seeking our hotel by 9.  So we went to look for Madame Tinkertoy's as we went back to the hotel. These pictures show the four corners of the junction.

I think you'll agree that this

is the best candidate. So do you think the guests at the Sheraton Hotel  realise that the are sleeping in Madame Tinkertoy's class whorehouse, The House of Blue Lights?
