At night the Bund is transformed. Not only are the historic buildings illuminated but the modern skyscrapers in Century Park across the river are lit up in Picadilly Circus colours. The ferries and cruise boats are tramsformed like Balckpool trams and the viewing platfform is thronged with tourists and brides in their red dresses having their wedding pictures taken with the needle in the background. Then just when you get to the end in search of dinner you cross a bridge which changes colour as you go over it.
