Williams

Williams was where the Sana Fe railway spur to the Grand Canyon Starts and the keep one steam engine for summer specials although the line still runs on diesels. It was also the last town on Route 66 to be by-passed by the I40 and retains much of its R66 connections mostly as gift shops. The Visitor centre also sports a wagon which pre-dates both.
